Orders will be shipped when funds have cleared the bank. All incorrectly ordered items are subject to restock fees. The restock fee amounts are determined by the manufacturers and/or distributors not us. The restock fee amounts generally run 25% - 35% If an order has been processed and shipped and then is cancelled by the customer a Cancellation fee of 40% will be charged. This amount will be deducted from your refund. WHY WE MUST CHARGE CANCELLATION AND RESTOCKING FEES: We are not a mail order business. We are a small bike shop offering customers mail order services. When you return a part, we then have to ship the part back to our supplier and pay them a restocking fee. We only charge you what it costs us and we still loose money in shipping costs and time invested. We must do this to stay in business. If you do not want to pay a return fee, please be sure you want an item before ordering, and carefully read the parts description to make sure that it will fit your application. These fees are not to make money off of your cancellation but simply to try and recover some of the costs we incur to process your order. We have had an increase of non-stocking items on hand due to customers cancelling orders after submitting them. Not only are we charged a restocking fee to return your item(s), the high costs of packaging, credit card processing fees, and man power, all add up substantially on our end. |
